1. FOR SIGNED CDs:, please let us know how you'd like them signed (your name, any special greeting, etc.),
any special messages, relevant birthdates, etc. If Deborah's out of town, we'll email to find out if
you want to wait for the signature or have us send the CDs without. 2. FOR DISCOUNT CODES: if you have a discount code, this box is where you put it
along with any other notes about how you want your CDs signed. 3. FOR SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS or NOTES: Any other special instructions or notes
for our products manager go in this box. If the discount you expect doesn't show up on your
confirmation, or you made a mistake or want to add to your order send us an email.
All specials are calculated In-House by a real person, so if you sent the email right away, she should see it before
she fills the order. You WILL get the special price if your order arrives by the current deadline -
and if you have a secret code, put it in the box below.

DATE? We
try to ship within 2-3 days of receipt of order - but when we get
a whole lot of orders, sometimes it takes as much as 10 days. So
if you have a looming deadline, please let us know when it is and
we'll do our best to make it happen.
ORDERING
PROBLEMS? If you have problems with this form, please
email us, and make sure you give us a phone number (or email address,
if you live outside of the US & Canada) so we can reach you.
CAN
I GET MORE THAN ONE FREE CD?
Yes! If we're having a "Buy 3 and get a 4th for Free" Sale, you get one free CD for every 3 CDs you order.
So if you order 6 CDs, then choose two free CDs. Please note that,
if the CDs you order have different prices, the lowest priced CD(s) you'll get free.
MADE
A MISTAKE? Just email us at hipharp@hipharp.com. All orders pass
through Deborah's office, so if you send an email immediately, we
can tag your order and hopefully fix the mistake before the order
is even processed.
MULTIPLE ADDRESS ORDERS: Orders
requiring shipment of product to more than one address will be charged
shipping & handling for each separate address, with one exception:
if you are buying as a present for only one friend and we'll just
be sending the credit card receipt to you and the product to your
friend, then we don't charge you a separate Shipping and Handling
fee just to send you the receipt.
WHERE DO I PUT EXTRA ADDRESSES?
If you're buying as a present for someone else, put your
info under Customer/Billing Information and your friend's info under
"Send To." If you're sending to more than one friend, either make
a separate order, or add instructions in the box labeled "How
To Get Signed CDs" (notes in that box come directly to our office with your order). Be specific about what's going to whom. You
can also email special instructions to hipharp@hipharp.com.
OVENIGHT or 2nd DAY SHIPPING:
We can often ship product via DHL if we have enough notice.
But you need to call the office: (1-888-332-7883) and talk to someone
in person. Once you've actually talked to someone here, we still can't absolutely
guarantee overnight service, but we'll sure as heck try! (Back

HAVE A "SECRET CODE" - WHERE DO I PUT IT?
Put the secret code in the box marked "How
to get signed CDs." If you also want your CDs signed, put
the secret code first.
HOW
WHAT IF MY DISCOUNT DOESN'T SHOW UP ON THE ORDER RECEIPT?
Our order form is secure, but very simple-minded, and sometimes it
doesn't calculate all discounts. However, the nice lady who actually
GETS the orders is very careful and thorough, and she WILL calculate
the discount. However, if you have any concerns, you can email her
