Sale Details:

Buy copies of your favorite DHC CDs and DVDs for your friends and family, and get a REALLY GREAT deal! The more you buy, the greater the discount! Buy 9 or more items (red-starred CDs or DVDs only) and get 30% off your whole order!

The numbers below refer to the total number of red-starred CDs or DVDs you buy and the savings you will receive - the higher the number of items, the higher the percentage and the better the savings!

And please -- let us know if you think this sale is waay cool -- or just waaay complicated. If you tell us it's cool, we'll create more sales like this. If you tell us it's too complicated we'll figure out some simpler sales. Thanks!

How about your "Buy 3 and Get a 4th for Free" deal? Does that still apply?
Yes! As you see in the examples above, you get one bonus CD every time you purchase 3 CDs or DVDs. Just remember, it will be the item of lesser value in the order you get for free. Here's our favorite example: Buy 12 copies of Deborah's new "Invention & Alchemy" DVD, pay $210 (normally $300) AND GET 4 MORE COPIES FOR FREE! That means you'll get 16 copies for $210 – bringing the cost per DVD to just a little over $13!!! AND – because your U.S. order is over $75, we'll send the order for free! (Remember -- our online computer isn't smart enough to calculate all this, so your first confirmation page won't indicate the sale, but fret not, Beatriz will personally fill your order and email you the final price).

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75!
Please note that if you need orders to be sent to more than one address, only the first address is free. Additional addresses cost $4.50 each.

How can I tell if my order's really over $75 since your order form doesn't calculate the discount?
Um .. you'll have to use a calculator. If you're worried about your math skills, write us a note with your order and tell us you were trying to get your order to over $75 to get the free U.S. shipping and we'll help you make that happen. It's one of the benefits of having a real person on the other end of the computer line.

Will you send them as gifts to every address on my list for free?
If your U.S. order is over $75, we'll send it to a single address for free. We're happy to send each pack of CDs to a different person on your guest list, but we charge $4.50 per address for shipping and handling.

Can I get them signed by Deborah? Will that delay my order?
Yes, you can get Deborah to sign the CDs and DVDs. No, it won't delay your order. All orders bought through this sale will ship by Dec. 1st.

Can you gift-wrap them? Can you enclose a card?
Yes, we can gift-wrap them. Yes, we can enclose a card from you. Gift cards are free. Gift-wrapping costs $3 per package (that means if you buy 10 CDs and want each wrapped separately, it would cost $30).

Can I wrap them myself with your wrapping paper?
Deborah developed a plan for wrapping CDs with a single letter-size piece of paper. It's like origami with a CD inside! You can download her step-by-step directions along with the gift paper itself from the top of our ordering page.

Can I call and get this same offer over the phone?
This is primarily an online special, but if you really want to talk to someone in person, call 888-DEB-STUF and leave a message mentioning the sale and giving your contact info. The HipHarp team will be on Holiday Hours from Nov. 16 - 26 so we may not answer, but Bea (our product manager) will call you back the week of Nov. 26. Don't fret, all messages mentioning the sale and received by Nov. 26th will be honored!!

Is EVERYTHING discounted?
Only standard CDs & DVDs are discounted. Sheet music, specialty CDs and other products are all full-price, but your U.S. order will still be shipped FREE if it's over $75.

What if I order online and the sale price doesn't show up????
Our online computer isn't smart enough to understand the deal you're getting! Not to fear, the real live person who gets your order will make sure you get the sale price and will send you a confirmation email with the real total! Because of the holiday you may not receive that confirmation until Nov. 27th or 28th, but fear not, we'll give you the sales price and if you have any questions or concerns you'll be able to talk to a real person about it.
