Once I figured out what I needed to do to turn my own instrument into an electro-acoustic, I started retro-fitting other people’s harps on the road, whenever I’d borrow them for a concert. So I made an amplificatoion “kit” to take with me, so I'd have everything I needed, no matter how deep in the middle-of-nowhere I travelled! Then one day I realized this kit could be useful to other harpists, as well. Thus was born the "Hip-Harp Amplification Kit."

It’s not that people can’t find all these components themselves, but sometimes getting everything together in one place is the logistical magic that lets us move to the next level of what we want to do. That's why I love this kit.
