TICKET & SHOW DETAILS:

Arlington "Maquette"

WHO:
Deborah Henson-Conant (electric harp/voice) • Special guest conductor David Lockington (Music Director of the Grand Rapids Symphony) • Bob Schulz (percussion) • Emily Senturia (Violin & Associate Conductor) • Jonathan Wyner (Tuba) • Players to be announced later: Violin, Viola, Cello, Bass, Flute & Clarinet

WHAT: Full-length "Maquette" concert with Chamber Ensemble. "Maquette" is a French word used by architects worldwide to mean "scale model" or "mockup." A Maquette is a testing ground for what's to follow, a model small enough to remodel.

We call this concert a Maquette because it is a trial run, or test, for a set of concerts that will be filmed in November for DVD. The final concerts will use full symphony orchestra. The "Maquette" uses only eight musicians to represent the full orchestra.

To learn more about what this "Maquette," will be like, read the second page of the press release (pdf) for this event.

WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 24 at 2 pm

WHERE: 41 Foster St., Arlington, MA, at the Arlington Center for the Arts

FOOD & LODGING IN ARLINGTON, MA: Here's our standard list of food & lodging in Arlington. The list may be a little old -- but hope it's helpful. There are some great restaurants near the Arlington Center for the Arts - most within easy walking distance. Please note that we made this list for an earlier show at a theatre about 6 blocks from ACArts so distances may not be exact.

HOW TO ORDER TIX for Deborah's Sept. 24th Show:
The seating is very limited and the show is likely to sell out quickly -- so please order tickets ASAP. The easiest way is to order direct through our webside order form.

You can also try calling during office hours (Mon-Fri / 10AM - 3PM) at 781-483-3987 / 888-DEB-STUF.

If you prefer the more complicated method, you can also send us an email with the following info:

1. Your name
2. Daytime phone & evening phone
3. The quantity of tickets you want (overestimate a little if you're not sure how many will be in your party -- we'll get back in touch with you to actally process your order and you'll be able to reduce the number of tickets you want then, if you need to.)
4. Any additional contact info (like cell phone or home email address, etc.)

Most important is to make sure we can reach you, preferably via email.

Got all that?   OK then, click on this link to open an email window so you can email us. Put "Tickets" in the subject header, then give us the 4 pieces of information we need and send it off to us!

DO NOT EMAIL US YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
We will get back to you ASAP to let you know if there are still tickets available and to tell you how to pay for them. Once your tickets are purchased, we'll send you a confirmation email with your order number -- kind of like an e-ticket.

IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SHOW ITSELF email info@HipHarp.com

SEE YOU AT THE SHOW!

HEY -- by the way -- WHO TOOK THE PHOTO ON THIS PAGE? Andrea Engels took this picture of Deborah on tour in Germany.
