DAY 1 - Discovering Your Creative Values (Mon. Jan. 10, 2022)
  •  Link here to the Day 1 Post where you can post your answers  Make sure you post as a comment on that thread (instead of creating a new post, or posting somewhere else) so your answer is eligible for this day’s prize. You’ll know it’s the right post because it says **OFFICIAL 2022 DAY 1 THREAD ** at the top and has a big “Day 1” image on it.
  • Use this PDF play-sheet (version 3) to help you keep your notes from this session.  (Note: I updated this TWICE after I made the training video because of requests for a place to take notes and a little bit of staff paper. This is Version 3 – this version is slightly different than what’s in the training video)
  • DAY 1 WINNER IS JULIA CUNNINGHAM! Congratulations, Julia! We’ll be reaching out to all the prize winners at the end of the Challenge to get you your prizes.

  • What are 3 of your deepest creative values that you discovered in this session?
  • What helped you remember the musical idea of the meditation?
  • What were your biggest takeaways from today’s session?

3. If you want to really challenge yourself (and earn extra points, which are each worth a gazillion dollars in the International Space Station canteen) do one or both of the following

  • A. Share a short video of you playing the challenge music (15-30 seconds) and share it with your post.
  • B. Share a picture of the notes (handwritten, scribbled, however they are) that will help you remember the fundamentals of this improv. I encourage you not to create

4. Give love to other challenge participants.
