is the Season of Celebration! Those are the words to my “Season of Celebration” song — and I am ready to rejoice! This has been such an exciting year – PBS appearances, the Grammy Ceremony, Prizes and Awards – so I say, LET’S CELEBRATE! And celebration means singing! And speaking of singing, as a special request to a fan, I just finished sheet music for “Congratulations, You Made it This Far,” my birthday song. Then Bea and Mike (my office partners) created cool packaging that includes the sheet music (for piano/voice) AND a CD single — AND THEN they made a great Holiday Sale (see details below). So now YOU can join the party and play “Congratulations!” yourself! Remember – people with December birthdays need special attention lest other gift-giving holidays eclipse their birthdays! Speaking of birthdays, see below about my dream of playing “Congratulations” to Oprah for HER birthday! And speaking of playing ... my best friend, Celeste, came up for Thanksgiving and played her new cello for me in my livingroom. Suddenly, I remembered how much I love hearing music up close and personal, like I did at home when I was a kid. So we’re working to make it possible for people to experience my concerts that way. I want to try to publish more of my music for other folks to play and sing! I want to take my new show, "In the Wings," to New York! I have SO many plans and ideas! So please send me your personal wishlist of tunes you’d like me to publish so you can play them, recordings you wish I’d make, or other projects you’d like me to do. This workshop is for musicians (instrumentalists and vocalists) who want to develop their performance skills. (See last year's description).
