DHC’s Live In-studio Concert at 90.5 WICN Public Radio

On Friday, Jan. 9, 2026, I had the joy of stepping into the WICN Public Radio studio in Worcester, MA for a live in-studio concert for their Emerging Artists Concert Series hosted by Steve Miller.

Even though I’ve been performing and recording for years, there’s something uniquely intimate about a live radio interview and in-studio concert because it feels like sharing music right into someone’s living room.

I was really delighted because the WICN team made the experience feel personal. We talked about my upcoming projects, and I played some of my crowd-favorite compositions pieces live.

It’s a pleasure to explore the creativity that keeps evolving in my work, from the storytelling in my harp compositions to the joy of collaboration and connecting with new audiences. It’s truly magical!

I’m truly honored to share my music and stories in spaces like these — where the air is thick with creativity, and every note feels like a conversation.

Audio Engineer, Brad Pierce did a great job with an instrument he’d never seen before and an artist who was incapable of standing still at the microphone to sing.

In the video you can see our collaborative mic (it’s hanging off the strap of the harp harness at my waist) — we were able to use my wireless stage mic with an adapter that let it interface with his wired equipment – and amazingly I didn’t trip over it once!
