It’s two days to my show at the Center for Arts in Natick and my big goal for the day was to get to the studio and record a couple more takes – not just to get the tunes recorded, but because the way I’m recording now is really informing my live playing.

This is a pretty much a Foodie Blues, called “Sous Chef” or “I’ll be Your Sous Chef, Baby.” I was recording with my iPhone today – and looks like I set it up so that big honkin’ mic is in front of my fingers but … hey, it’s behind-the-scenes.
So whataya think? Are you going to start singing this as you slice and dice in the kitchen? I dare you! I only wish I’d had my apron on.
