War of Inertia and Endeavor

In the war between inertia and endeavor …

Inertia claims:  “I’m hot and tired and therefore should do NOTHING.”

Endeavor says: “If I can just find that mic I really think I can make the audio in my course videos way better … if I can find the mic.”

It reminds me of a passage in “Alice in Wonderland”:

 “So she was considering in her own mind (as well as she could, for the hot day made her feel very sleepy and stupid), whether the pleasure of making a daisy-chain would be worth the trouble of getting up and picking the daisies, when suddenly a White Rabbit with pink eyes ran close by her.”

So the white rabbit … that’s inspiration?  Chance? Madness? 

Or  just dreaming?

If I close my eyes, will I see it?

Would my own black cat do in a pinch?
